About this task

This digital marketing agency for travel brands (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a director Employee Relations Advisor for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–6 h a week. Guides a manager through a process in plain steps.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is an agency, so work is organised around client campaigns and approval rounds.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Ireland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (EET).

What you deliver

  • Advise managers on performance and conduct cases and record the actions agreed.
  • A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call

What a week looks like

  • Monday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
  • Wednesday: main working block (2 hours)
  • Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
