About this task
This machinery maker making industrial pumps (201–500 employees) is looking for a director Employee Relations Advisor for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–6 h a week. Guides a manager through a process in plain steps.

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
