About this task
This Series C collaboration software company for hospitals and clinics (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.

- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day
