About this task
This Series B online marketplace for children's clothing (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 30 AI-written macros for tone, accuracy and compliance with refund policy.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid
