About this task
This Series C analytics software company for manufacturers (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 30 AI-written macros for tone, accuracy and compliance with refund policy.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Thursday: main working block (2 hours)
- Wednesday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
