About this task

This freight and logistics company for retailers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.

Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in California, so this one is for residents there.

What you deliver

• Review 30 AI-written macros for tone, accuracy and compliance with refund policy.
• Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in USD after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
