About this task
This Series A workflow automation company for construction firms (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–6 h a week. Checks AI-created canned replies against policy before agents use them.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead

- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Tuesday: main working block (2 hours)
- Monday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
