About this task
This Space-technology company (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Legal Operations for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Shows what outside counsel costs and where.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in aerospace, where change control and documentation are formal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Spain works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Analyse 25 months of legal invoices and recommend rate and scope changes.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
