About this task
This fashion retailer with 40 stores (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Legal Operations for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Sorts requests so lawyers deal with the right ones.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The team sits in Madrid. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Triage requests, answer routine ones using templates and route the rest to counsel.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Friday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Friday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
