About this task
This freight and logistics company with cross-border freight (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–5 h a week. Tracks leave balances and requests.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Process leave requests and reconcile balances at month end for 100 employees.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Wednesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Thursday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
