About this task

This Series C HR software company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager Marketing Analyst for an ongoing part-time engagement of 1–2 h a week. Follows leads to opportunities and revenue by source.

The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).

What you deliver

  • Report lead-to-opportunity conversion by source and campaign for Q3 with cohort views.
  • A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
  • Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
  • Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Tuesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
