About this task
This business banking company for marketplaces (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for an executive Fractional CMO for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews a launch plan for gaps, timing and measurement.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The team sits in Gijón. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.
What you deliver
- Review a product launch plan eight weeks out and send a prioritised list of 15 changes.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
