About this task
This Series C online retailer for refurbished electronics (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior KPI Dashboard Owner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. One written definition, owner and source for each company KPI.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The team sits in Atlanta. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Document 30 KPIs with formula, owner, source system and refresh cadence.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
