About this task
This hotel group in corporate travel (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.
The same kind of work comes back every month, so the company prefers one person with an hours cap over ad-hoc requests. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (UK time).
What you deliver
- Structure and populate a 60-article internal knowledge base from existing notes.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
