About this task
This Series B medical devices company for elder care (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.
The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.
The company prefers a person who can come to Sydney for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Structure and populate a 60-article internal knowledge base from existing notes.
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 6 months, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
