About this task
This hotel group in tours and activities (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in travel and hospitality, where demand is seasonal.
The team sits in San Francisco. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Structure and populate a 60-article internal knowledge base from existing notes.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
