About this task

This Series A mobile games company making educational games (11–50 employees) is looking for a specialist Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.

The company wants one reliable owner for a list of small jobs instead of five different people. It is a games studio with release dates that move the whole calendar.

The company prefers a person who can come to Namur for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Structure and populate a 60-article internal knowledge base from existing notes.
  • A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
  • A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
  • A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost

What a month looks like

  • Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
  • Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
  • Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items

Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
