About this task
This energy services company (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Process Documentation Specialist for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 12–30 h a month. A searchable internal help centre.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It is an energy business with strict compliance and reporting cycles.
The company prefers a person who can come to Dijon for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Structure and populate a 60-article internal knowledge base from existing notes.
- A named list of items moved to next month, so nothing is lost
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
