This Series C subscription commerce company for children's clothing (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks that AI answers match the help centre.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It sells online, so volumes move with promotions and the calendar matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Compare 50 AI answers with help-centre articles and list contradictions and invented policies.
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Friday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Monday: main working block (3 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
