About this task

This Growth-stage B2B software company for law firms (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks that AI answers match the help centre.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.

The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

  • Compare 50 AI answers with help-centre articles and list contradictions and invented policies.
  • A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
  • Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
  • Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines

What a week looks like

  • Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
  • Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
  • Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
