About this task
This collaboration software company for hospitals and clinics (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks that AI answers match the help centre.
The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United Kingdom works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Compare 50 AI answers with help-centre articles and list contradictions and invented policies.
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
