About this task
This accounting software company for travel companies (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: Customer Support for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks that AI answers match the help centre.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It operates in regulated payments and lending, so a written trail for every decision matters.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Slovakia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Compare 50 AI answers with help-centre articles and list contradictions and invented policies.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: 15-minute check-in to agree the week's items
- Wednesday: main working block (3 hours)
- Thursday: hand-off note with what shipped and what is open
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.

How you get paid
