About this task
This Real-estate services firm in logistics warehouses (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior IP & Trademark Support for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–12 h a month. Collects IP assignment agreements from staff and contractors.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It works in real estate and construction, where project documents change often.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Identify 25 people without IP assignments and collect signed agreements.
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
What a month looks like
- Week 1: intake call and a list of what is due this month
- Weeks 2 and 3: items completed in short sessions
- Week 4: month-end summary and the list for next month
Duration: 8 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
