About this task
This recruiting platform for small businesses (51–200 employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.
The team sits in Valencia. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver

- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day

What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Friday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
