About this task
This management consulting firm for private equity (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a consulting firm, so client deadlines set the pace and handover notes are expected.
The team sits in Rome. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. The company prefers early-morning hours, before a normal working day starts.
What you deliver
- Coordinate 15 interviews a week and chase feedback within 15 hours.
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
- A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Tuesday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
