About this task

This packaging manufacturer (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Italy. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

  • Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
  • One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
  • No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
  • Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

  • Work outside the scope written in the brief; extra items are quoted separately
  • On-call availability outside the agreed window

How you get paid

  • The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
  • Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
  • You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
  • You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
