About this task
This connectivity provider serving businesses (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for an ongoing part-time engagement of 3–8 h a week. Coordinates panels and feedback and keeps candidates informed.
Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is a telecom company, with large datasets and long-running programmes.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Coordinate 25 interviews a week and chase feedback within 25 hours.
- A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Monday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Thursday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Monday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 6 months, then month by month. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
