About this task
This Series C analytics software company for manufacturers (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a manager AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 4–8 h a week. Checks AI screening questions and rubrics for bias and legal risk.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Review 30 AI-written interview guides for discriminatory questions and missing structure.
- Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Friday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 8 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid
