Compensation Answer Check (Excel)

About this task

This Language-learning company for corporate training (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior AI Evaluator: HR for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 3–8 h a week. Verifies AI answers on pay bands, equity and benefits.

The programme needs subject-matter experts who can tell a good answer from a plausible one in their own field. It works in education, with a calendar built around terms and enrolment peaks.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Finland works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.

What you deliver

• Check 25 AI answers on salary benchmarking and equity vesting against provided data.
• A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
• Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
• Ratings entered in the client's tool against the written rubric, with a one-line reason each

What a week looks like

• Thursday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: Weekly batches for 6 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
