About this task
This Series B cybersecurity software company for sales teams (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds missing and wrong employee data.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. The company sells subscription software, so deadlines follow release and billing cycles.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Audit 400 employee records for missing fields and mismatches with payroll and fix them.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
