About this task
This Supply-chain software company for retailers (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a specialist HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Finds missing and wrong employee data.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Belgium works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Audit 150 employee records for missing fields and mismatches with payroll and fix them.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
