About this task
This electronics manufacturer supplying medical devices (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior HR Operations & HRIS Administrator for a monthly bundle of recurring tasks, 8–14 h a month. Sets up fields, workflows and permissions.
A named list of recurring items keeps the month predictable for both sides. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The company prefers a person who can come to London for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Configure leave types and approval workflows for three new countries.
- The monthly list of items completed, each with a link to the result
- A running log of open questions, reviewed at the start of each week
- A month-end summary with hours used against the cap
What a month looks like
- Start of month: the company shares the items and the priorities
- Mid-month: progress check of 15 minutes
- Month end: hours used against the cap, results and open items
Duration: 12 weeks, with a monthly hours cap. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
