About this task
This Home-goods retailer with 120 stores (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Fractional HR Business Partner for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Hiring plan and a consistent interview process.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It is a retailer with stores and an online channel, and the team works to a weekly trading rhythm.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Canada works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

How the work runs

- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
