About this task

This Series C healthcare services group for dental practices (501–1,000 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.

The company has one decision to take and wants a senior view before it does. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Croatia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
• One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session

How the work runs

• Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
• Days 2 to 3: the work, with questions answered the same day
• Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
