About this task
This Supply-chain software company for pharma (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Contract Recruiter for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Clarifies what the role needs and how to judge it.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It moves goods for customers, so the data is operational and updated daily.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Croatia. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Run intake sessions for three open roles and produce a scorecard for each.
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
- No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
