About this task

This Personal-care brand in natural personal care (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Process Documentation Specialist for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Captures key work, contacts and open items before someone leaves.

The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.

The work is fully remote, but the company can only contract people who live in Kansas, so this one is for residents there. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected.

What you deliver

• Record and document a two-week handover for a departing finance manager.
• One round of edits after the company's review is included
• A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
• The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
