About this task
This staffing firm for small businesses (201–500 employees) is looking for a manager Employee Relations Advisor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks that policy and practice match the law.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It works in staffing and HR technology, and the team is used to external specialists.

- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
