About this task
This savings and loan group serving professional firms (11–50 employees) is looking for a manager Employee Relations Advisor for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Checks that policy and practice match the law.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a regulated bank; the work is documented and reviewed before anything is signed off.

- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
