About this task
This Series B applied AI company for document processing (51–200 employees) is looking for a senior Reference-Answer Writer for a rating and review programme for AI output in your own field, 5–12 h a week. Writes the best possible answer to a professional question.
Ratings are checked against a written rubric, and your notes go back to the team that builds the product. It builds AI products and needs human experts to check what the models produce.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Germany works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day.
What you deliver
- Write 15 gold answers a week to business questions, each under 500 words with sources.
- Flags for answers that are unsafe, off-topic or wrong in your field
- A weekly count of items reviewed, confirmed by the programme lead
- Short calibration notes after the first batch, so your ratings match the guidelines
What a week looks like
- Tuesday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
- Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
- Wednesday: update sent before the company's end of day
Duration: Weekly batches for 12 weeks, renewed every four weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
