About this task
This household products maker (201–500 employees) is looking for a specialist Business Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Compares current and target capabilities and ranks the gaps.
The company has a deadline, no one free to own it, and wants a person who has done the same job before. It sells consumer goods through retailers, so planning cycles run to a fixed monthly calendar.
The team sits in Naples. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Compare current systems with the target operating model and rank gaps by effort and value.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
