About this task
This electronics manufacturer supplying the auto industry (51–200 employees) is looking for a director Fractional CFO for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. A one-hour session with a senior finance leader on one decision.
A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Italy works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included.
What you deliver
- Review a founder's hiring plan against the cash forecast and answer three specific questions on timing.
- Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them
- One focused hour, with the questions sent to you the day before
- A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.
