About this task

This automotive supplier in car subscriptions (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Phone Screener for an ongoing part-time engagement of 5–12 h a week. Short structured calls against a scorecard with written notes.

The company wants a senior person on this without carrying the cost of a full-time role. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Poland. The work runs in two set slots a week, agreed with the team at the start.

What you deliver

• Hold 25 thirty-minute screens a week and record notes against the five scorecard criteria.
• Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends
• A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked

What a week looks like

• Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
• Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
• Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread

Duration: 16 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
