About this task
This legal services provider for start-ups (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Office & Admin Coordinator for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Tracks maintenance requests to completion.
The team is stretched and wants steady, predictable help instead of another full-time hire. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CT).
What you deliver
- Log, assign and close facilities requests and send a weekly summary.
- Work logged against the agreed list, so the company contact can see progress without a call
- A written update every Thursday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
- Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
What a week looks like
- Daily: one hour at a time that suits you, inside the agreed window
- Wednesday: ten-minute sync if anything is blocked
- Thursday: weekly summary posted to the shared thread
Duration: 8 weeks, renewable. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
