About this task
This electronics manufacturer making building materials (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Contract Recruiter for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Researches, approaches and screens candidates for a senior role.
The work is too small to justify a hire and too important to leave to chance. It manufactures physical products, and the office team works to month-end and plant schedules.
The work is fully remote and open to anyone living in an EU country; the team itself works from Spain. Most people do this on weekday evenings; replies inside the working day are not expected. About 2 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).
What you deliver
- Support a CFO search: build a target list, approach 30 people and screen the top eight.
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 10: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: about 10 working days. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
