About this task

This mobility company in aftermarket parts (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Chief of Staff for an ongoing part-time engagement of 2–4 h a week. Records who decided what, when and why.

Workload peaks and dips, so a few fixed hours a week fit better than a full-time seat. It is an automotive business with long programme cycles and a strong paper trail.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Bulgaria works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 3 hours a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Maintain a decision log and chase owners on open actions.
• Questions collected in one thread, answered within one working day
• A written update every Tuesday with what was done, what is next and anything blocked
• A short handover note when the engagement pauses or ends

What a week looks like

• Monday: pick up the queue and confirm priorities
• Midweek: two short working sessions of one to two hours
• Tuesday: update sent before the company's end of day

Duration: 12 weeks, renewable. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
