About this task
This boutique law firm for start-ups (201–500 employees) is looking for a senior PR & Communications for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Bios, photos, facts and key messages.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is a law firm; confidentiality is absolute and every file is handled under supervision.
The work is fully remote. Any location in United States works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (ET).
What you deliver
- Prepare a media kit with executive bios, boilerplate and approved facts.
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
