About this task
This environmental nonprofit in refugee support (5,000+ employees) is looking for a specialist Part-Time Executive Assistant for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Venue, schedule, travel and run sheet for an event.
A fresh pair of experienced eyes is needed, and the result is a document or file the team can use straight away. It is a nonprofit, so budgets are tight and grant reporting dates are fixed.
The team sits in Denver. Everything can be done remotely; an occasional visit is welcome and never required for the first month. You choose your hours; nothing is scheduled except an occasional short call.
What you deliver
- Organise a two-day leadership offsite for 20 people with budget and agenda.
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
How the work runs
- Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
- Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
- Last day: final version and handover note
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted after the walkthrough. Edits requested within three working days are part of the price.
