About this task

This Agri-business in fruit and vegetables (5,000+ employees) is looking for a manager Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews grants, dilution and refresh policy.

It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It is an agri-business, so the calendar follows the growing season.

The company prefers a person who can come to Prague for kickoff and the final review; the rest is remote. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.

What you deliver

  • Analyse option grants by level and recommend refresh guidelines.
  • One round of edits after the company's review is included
  • The finished deliverable in the agreed file format, with sources and assumptions listed
  • A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer

How the work runs

  • Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
  • Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
  • Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough

Duration: 1 to 2 weeks. Accepted when the output matches the agreed checklist and the sample check passes; the recruiter confirms by e-mail.
