About this task

This medical devices company for elder care (1,001–5,000 employees) is looking for a senior Phone Screener for a paid one-hour session with a senior specialist. Aligns recruiters on how ratings are applied.

A short, focused session replaces days of internal debate. It works in healthcare, so patient data is never part of the task and privacy rules are strict.

The work is fully remote. Any location in Czechia works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. The call is booked at a time that suits you, evenings included. About 1 hour a week should overlap with the team's day (CET).

What you deliver

• Calibrate ratings with the recruiting team on 8 recorded screens.
• No preparation outside the hour unless you both agree to extend
• A short written summary of the advice within 24 hours after the session
• Pointers to sources you relied on, so the company can check them

How the work runs

• Day 1: scope confirmed in writing, files shared
• Middle of the period: draft shared for early feedback
• Last day: final version and handover note

Duration: One session of about an hour. Accepted when the company contact confirms the deliverable against the written checklist. One round of edits is included.

How you get paid

• The company prepays Deftridge before your first hour, so payment does not depend on a late invoice.
• Deftridge pays you in EUR after the company confirms the hours or the deliverable. The payment date is written in your task agreement.
• You work as an independent contractor: you report your own income, and your recruiter sends the statements your accountant needs.
• You never chase the company. Questions about money go to Deftridge.
