About this task
This government IT contractor serving tax authorities (5,000+ employees) is looking for a senior Compensation & Benefits Analyst for a single piece of work with a fixed scope and a fixed price. Reviews grants, dilution and refresh policy.
It is a self-contained job: scope, checklist and price are agreed before you start. It supplies the public sector, so documentation follows contract rules.
The work is fully remote. Any location in Cyprus works, with a few hours of overlap with the team's day. Evenings or weekends are fine, as long as the agreed weekly output is there.
What you deliver
- Analyse option grants by level and recommend refresh guidelines.
- A final note stating what was checked and what was left out of scope
- A 20-minute walkthrough call, or a recorded screen share if you prefer
- One round of edits after the company's review is included
How the work runs
- Day 1: kickoff call and access to the files
- Days 2 to 6: the work, with questions answered the same day
- Last day: delivery and a short walkthrough
Duration: 2 to 3 weeks. Accepted on the company's written OK. If something is missed, you fix it in the same week at no extra charge to either side.
